Our visions

To support the elderly in their gold years and meet their needs. We take into account specific needs of elderly people to offer suitable care service, encourage family engagement and community support to enable the elderly to live a comfortable and healthy life.

Our services

An ageing population is a common issue for modern society. We provide good care services for the elderly with mild to severe impairment, from home and community care services, day care centres to residential service which cover meal service, daily care, professional care, recovery treatment, counselling and social activities of the seniors, and we strive to enable them to live a happy life at their respective neighbourhood. We also provide suitable training and support to dementia patients and their carers and we continue to expand the community network to enhance the knowledge of the public of elderly care and support services.

Our works

Ageing in places – life of the elderly in future

As the elderly generally prefer living at their own neighbourhood, elderly services therefore are in short supply. Barrier-free facilities in the community have much room for improvement. Frontline services are severely short of labour. The elderly in poverty accounts for nearly 30% of the poor population while schedule for universal retirement protection has yet to be fixed. Will the future life of the elderly be any different from now? What we have to prepare now in order to have a quality life in our later years? We will gather representatives of the sector and fellow professionals at a seminar entitled ‘The Future Home and Community Care Services for the Elderly’ to explore and discuss.

Caring and Understanding Dementia patients

Following a people-centric approach to analyse and offer feasible solutions, we will publish a book, scheduled around end of 2017, which covers management of the behavioural and psychological symptoms of dementia, pharmacological treatment and medical, legal and financial preparation, along with appropriate ways to ease patients’ behavioural and emotional feelings.

Thorough home care and rehabilitation services to reduce treatment time in hospitals

Adopting an active caring approach, we provide thorough home care and rehabilitation services to the elders with moderate to severe impairment. Bearing the wellness of patients and the society in mind, we help slow down deteriorating functional capacity in the elders with multi-disciplinary assessment and early intervention to enable them to live a comfortable and satisfactory life.
