Active Ageing Services
Our visions

Instead of sitting back and slowing down, why don’t you keep on exploring when your second half of life has just begun? We set out with people in their 50s to discover the endless possibilities of life as well as working together with the community to create a flourishing life for the Third Age.

Our services

Turning 50 is a milestone that the second half of life is unveiled. Active Ageing Services steer people in their 50s towards a flourishing life with various novel services, including ‘Life Coach Service for the Third Age’, a first-of-its-kind service in Hong Kong tailored for people in their 50s; ‘Prime Link’ to offer continuing education programmes as well as ‘HK 50+ Award’. We will partner with different stakeholders to explore more opportunities for people in their 50s and encourage the government, the business sector and the community to join hands for an age-friendly and better city.

Our works

HK 50+ Award

A flourishing second half of life is the synergy of the government, the business sector and the community. The ‘HK 50+ Award’ we founded for people in their 50s as well as the business sector is also the first and only award in Hong Kong spearheaded by the social service sector for people in their 50s. The debut edition in 2016 attracted over 20,000 people to vote for their beloved brands.

'Kwun Tong Walking Routes' programme

A ‘Walking-friendly’ neighbourhood is a key for a lovely city. We will invite Kwun Tong residents who are in their 50s to design 3 ‘Good Walking’ routes based on walkability, validity, comfort and fun level. The routes will be widely publicised via mobile phone apps and different media to encourage the community to energise Kwun Tong and build an age-friendly environment.
